Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that a bus bridge, using 330 buses, will deliver commuters to Manhattan from three major locations in Brooklyn. The bus bridge will pick up passengers from the Barclays Center, MetroTech and the Hewes St subway station. Special express bus lanes will be set up along 3rd Ave and return down Lexington.
